Our success reflects the solid business practices of our parent company, NextEra Energy Resources, LLC, North America's largest generator of renewable energy from the wind and sun.
NextEra Energy Canada began to actively develop renewable energy projects in Canada in 2006 and is focused on future development in several provinces throughout Canada. We have nine wind facilities and two energy storage facilities currently operating in Canada.
NextEra Energy Resources is part of NextEra Energy, Inc. Nearly all of NextEra Energy's electricity is derived from clean or renewable sources including wind, solar, natural gas and nuclear energy.
